Nach vielen Jahren engagierter Mitarbeit verabschiedet sich Vicky Baran per 30. April 2025 aus dem Vorstand der kapers. Ihre Nachfolge im Vizepräsidium übernimmt Vorstandsmitglied Steve Broghammer.

Per Ende April 2025 tritt Vicky Baran aus dem Vorstand der kapers zurück. Sie nimmt eine neue berufliche Herausforderung an und beendet daher ihr langjähriges Engagement im Vorstand.

Der Vorstand dankt Vicky Baran herzlich für ihren grossen Einsatz – insbesondere für ihre Verdienste im Bereich Finanzen sowie ihr Engagement in GAV-Verhandlungen und der täglichen Verbandsarbeit. Mit Sorgfalt und Weitblick hat sie den Bereich Finanzen in den letzten Jahren neu strukturiert und nachhaltig gestärkt.

Mit ihrem Rücktritt wird eine der beiden Positionen im Vizepräsidium vakant. Der Vorstand hat gemäss Statuten einstimmig das Vorstandsmitglied Steve Broghammer als neuen Vizepräsidenten gewählt.

Après de nombreuses années d’engagement, Vicky Baran quittera le comité de kapers le 30 avril 2025. Le membre du comité Steve Broghammer lui succédera à la vice-présidence.

Vicky Baran quittera le comité de kapers à la fin du mois d’avril 2025. Elle relèvera un nouveau défi professionnel et mettra ainsi fin à son engagement de longue date au sein de notre organisation.

Le comité remercie chaleureusement Vicky Baran pour son engagement exceptionnel – notamment pour sa précieuse contribution dans le domaine des finances et son implication dans les négociations des CCT. Grâce à sa rigueur et sa clairvoyance, elle a su restructurer et renforcer durablement le secteur des finances au cours des dernières années.

Suite à son départ, l’un des deux postes de vice-présidence devient vacant. Conformément aux statuts, le comité a élu à l’unanimité Steve Broghammer, membre actuel du comité, en tant que nouveau vice-président.

After many years of dedicated service, Vicky Baran will step down from the Board of kapers as of April 30, 2025. Board member Steve Broghammer will succeed her as Vice President.

Vicky Baran will be stepping down from the Board of kapers at the end of April 2025. She is taking on a new professional opportunity and will therefore conclude her long-standing commitment to the Board.

The Board sincerely thanks Vicky Baran for her outstanding dedication – particularly for her contributions in the area of finance, her involvement in collective labor agreement (CLA) negotiations, and her commitment to daily union work. With care and foresight, she restructured and strengthened the finance portfolio over the past years.

With her departure, one of the two Vice President positions becomes vacant. In accordance with the kapers Articles of Association, the Board has unanimously elected Board member Steve Broghammer as the new Vice President.
